I took an Tatkal 3A Ticket on 18/05/12 for travelling on 19/05/12 from New Delhi to Mumbai by train no. 22210 from Rewari (Hariana) 100KM from Delhi where I stay. Ticket (PRN No. 2********6) was WL 40 and while taking chart it was WL 18. I went to Rewari for cancellation and was told by booking clerk that this can not be cancelled. I lost my money Rs. 1600/- I would like know rule for cancellation.
