Hello,
I am using tatadocomo's gsm phone
connection.
I have subscribed to 2g service on this
connection.
I have a touchscreen mobile, whenever I
am connected to internet, for browsing,
or playing games or using any application
on phone, random ads pop up,
accidentally if I click this ad, balance gets
deducted without any confirmation box.
Also those ads are useless. Which fetch
nothing after you are charged.
I request you to please return back my
balace of rs 95 which is deducted in three
parts
first one was on 2th oct 2012(60 rs)
second one on 14 nov2012.(15 rs)
third one on 16 nov 2012(20 rs)
this is liking robbing your customers.
Please sue tata docomo seriously for this.
Even the customer care executives are
rediculous in helping me in the above
problem.
