Jabong.com - Tampered perfume recieved from Jabong.com

I ordered Perfume from Jabong.com online store and recieved the bottle in tampered condition. The perfume case had already been opened and seems to be second hand whereas I had ordered the perfume on the assurance provided to me by their assistant that the perfume case would be properly sealed. When called up to complain about the perfume, their supervisor gives me the address of the nearest perfume dealer of that brand(which is 100km away from my place ) to verify if the perfume is original or not. Not only that, they tell me that there is a very slight chance of the perfume being replaced.
I do not see any reason so as to why a perfume case would be opened if the perfume inside it has not been hampered with. The same perfume in a mall costs Rs 3900/- but it comes sealed.
