Dear Sir/mam,
Last month I had problem with my refrigerator and asked a local technician to visit and repair it, he had visited and repaired it, he said that gas has to be filled and charged me Rs.1080/- for the same (photo of bill attached) again after three days the refrigerator started giving same problem and when I called the technician he came (after another three days) and said that the compressor has failed and he has to take it to his service center and repair it and he insisted for Rs.1000/- in advance saying that he has to get some cutting and welding done on the compressor from outside and asked three day’s time for the same for which I agreed and paid Rs.1000/- in advance.
I called him after a week since he took my COMPRESSOR & MONEY asking for status, he said it is ready but as he is not in town and will be coming after another two days and will fix my refrigerator then, I waited patiently for another two days and did not receive any update from him when I tried to call him but both his numbers were SWITCHED OFF and it were off for another 4 to 5 days.
After 5 days (its been more than 15 days now since he took my COMPRESSOR & MONEY) when i called him his number is ringing but now he is not picking up my call, I called him several times but no response but when I tried with other number later that day he picked up and when he came to know that it was me he apologized to me and said he was held up with some work so he was not able to come and he promised me that he will definitely come after three days so I waited patiently for another three days.
After 4 days (20 days now since he took my compressor & money) when he did not show up I called him, again there is no response and now he is disconnecting my call later I called him from my brother's number and when he picked up and came to know that it was me he immediately disconnected the call, frustrated with him I sent a message (SMS) stating that I will file a FRAUD case against him in the police but no response from him.
