I want to put your all attention towards the problem than am mentioning here!
Its been one year had giving my bike for servicing in Authorised servicing center named Mangattil Suzuki Tirur. This is regarding continuous complaints about my Access 125 (KL.55.S.8473) already mentioned in my last services there about the same complaint!! There were so many complaints around, i can't explain all of them. The fact is that they not given proper solutions for the past 6 months for my complaints and lead my bike in such a bad condition!! Really pathetic situation and am so wondered about their activities.. Today too had strangeful experience from them!! My bike is not been working well, i can start it but its not moving!! Finally i called the authorities and stated the complaint.. But their approach is really bad i think so.They said they can't come here and take the bike!! They said they will call me back and don't had any replies from them. Useless guys!! Don't you guys are making vehicles only for sale eh ?? If they were continuing behaving like this and not providing parts and proper services, i will move what makes me right and will publish in all the community sites!! Sir, please be sure to maintain Suzuki's quality in production. This is not only mine but also continuous complaints of most of suzuki 2 wheeler customers!! All having the same problems from there. I think they does anything there. Only giving the monthly services and only for washing and changing oil like purposes and paying huge bills. Need an urgent reply on this otherwise i will post this mail in maximum community sites!!
