my bike was facing engine trouble.Black smoke at high RPM.Engine noise such as clicking noise and rattle noise...High vibrations..No smoothness in driving..Vibration on footrest tank and handlebar.
The changed timing chain head lapping.Bike worked ok for !st day 2nd say clicking sound was back.Again i had been to showroom.they said and adjusted engine valve...my bike is worse ryt now. they took 1650 Rs labour charge which is high.Other suzuki showroom told me bike has crank error and may bearing error.
