sir I have purchased Suzuki gixxer bike at Pune in the month of september2014, I have done my bike services {1st in chinchwad pune, 2 in bagalkot, 3rd in Hubli, but during 4th service timing i got a problem, that is I couldn't complete 10500-12000 within 300 days. and it became 400 days to reach that kms, now the service center manager at bagalkot said they can't do 4 th free service bcoz it crossed 400 days, he has done 5 th service. 4th is missed nw. my complaint is that, if I couldn't reach the expected kms within 300 times why should me not able to have 4th free service and how they will do 5th paid service? so I am complaining on Suzuki service centre bagalkot on this issue
