Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a new CB Honda Shine a month back from Suprava Auto Center which is nearby to my residence in full cash. That maybe the reason I wonder the person(owner/manger) is not happy about the commission from the finance company he didn't receive. A few days back I gave my bike for servicing/registration purpose to his shop and was told that I will receive the bike by evening. I waited for the whole day but they did not turn up or called me. When I started calling the person on his mobile phone(********27) , he did not receive my call and as all my bike legal papers where with them,I was very much worried about my bike.He did not even bother to pick up the call and intimate me about my bike. The next day when he finally took the call, he, with the same level of arrogance told me that HE NEVER RECEIVE CALLS AFTER 9 PM( it's nowhere mentioned in the receipt about the call timings) and abusively disconnects the call.
As a loyal customer, HIS ATTITUDE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.
Please help.
May I have any update regarding the complaint lodged???
Need apologies from the dealer's end and sincere service going forward. Don not want other people get harrassed by a petty dealer like him.
