First I ordered in September 2010 one kilo hairs and two wigs and sent 772,58 Euro to Sunil. Before I sent the money Sunil had much contact with me. Sometimes he called me by phone from India to Germany. After I sent the money it took long time to get my order. I called and mailed him very often. I got then his answers: "In Indian are bank holidays." or "I am not at home." Sometimes when I tried to call him a maschine said this pone number is not any more in use. And when I asked him then by mail what is wrong he answered me his company made some changes and I should call in two weeks. He never had time. He always lied me. So often he said to me that he already had sent the hairs but nothing reached by me. That are too much lies that I never had in my life!!

Then after some weeks end of October last year I received my hairs and wigs. One wig was too big. But I had so often told him the size I wanted. I sent him this wig on 19th November 2010 with a registered letter back. I sent Sunil many mails that I sent him one wig back but got no answer from him. Before I sent the wig back I had informed him that it was too big. He gave me his address and told me that I can send him the wig back. I paid my money for sending the wig back and also before by receiving it for the customers. After some mails from me he confirmed that he received my wig. He told me, that he normally not answers mails.

Because I got hairs in the first time I made another order by him and transfered on 21st January 2011 another 382,90 Euros to him. In February he had sent me a SMS that he have the wig and is able to send it now together with my new order. I answered him that I'm at this time in holiday and not at home. He replaid that he will keep my order. After I informed him that I'm back at home I received not my hairs. But in February he had my hairs. Why three weeks later he had them not any more? I wrote him a mail, that if he's not able to send me my hairs he should send me my money back. But I received no money and also no hairs. In June he told me that my order got lost by Feedex and he will proof it. And then he promissed me to send me new hairs because it was not my false that the order got lost. Others he said he can return my money back. But nothing happened. Always he told me "I'm not at home", "We are in holidays here", "Call me in three days", and when I called in three days he told the same: "Call me in three days."

He lied me every month, every week, every day, by every contact. The last contact I had with him was on 24th October 2011. He told me on that day that he sent me the hairs two days ago and that he will mail me the tracking number. But I haven't received any mail and also no hairs from him. Normally I receive the hairs from India after two or three days. And now he is not available for me any more. The last days when I tried to call him he not picked the phone. Now I'm very tired with his lies. I want to have my money back from Sunil. I still have to get from him 274 US$ for a 22 inch wig and the 382,90 Euro I had sent him this year for 1 kilo hair, so together around 582 Euros.

Sunil is a thief. Before I sent him money the first time he called me day and night because he wanted to have my money. He always asked what is now with my order. Before I sent my money to him he said always, he had already reserved the hairs for me and waited for the money. He only wanted to have money and after he had money the contact with me was over. He is not interest for customers only for money because he is a thief. I'm ill and very confused because of him, have much headache, always think about my money and how long I have hard worked for it. I was some days in a hospital - only because of him - SUNIL THE BIG THIEF!!!! And for this all he had done to me and I guess also for other people God will punish him.
