I’m a loyal customer of Sunflame products for past several years. On July 26th,I bought a Sunflame Automatic Iron ( Supreme , Heavy Weight ) from the CSD canteen , Trivandrum , Kerala .To my dismay, I found the bottom portion of metal cover between the handle & base plate corroded. Accordingly, I asked the canteen officials to replace the iron. However, of all the 5 irons they pulled out of stock had the same issue. It’s hard to believe a product that was packed in April 2010 getting corroded while in storage. To me, quality of the said item has been compromised leading to customer dis-satisfaction. Seems the whole corroded batch was dispatched to various CSD’s not anticipating any complaints ?
Is this what your company proclaims as "Power of Commitment to Excellence".
In this era of stiff market competition when every company is trying to prove it's QUALITY, it's a disgrace to a company like yours to sell such inferior products to the customers.
