we bought a clay sim card for Thailand for our 5 day vacation, turned out that the sim didnt work past the 2nd day. Several calls to their customer centre, but nobody had any frigging clue to restart the services on our Thai number. And they had the balls to charge my card for 5000 rs for those 2 days with no itemised bill. Fighting my case for that as well.
