SUBJECT:VERY VERY POOR SERVICE OF FLY AND FRAUDULENT SERVICE.
I have purchased a fly mobile phone model DS102 on 5TH NOVEMBER 2010 from TONY MOBILE, G-3, city plaza, shah market, Agra. After 3 month, many type of problem occurs in mobile and later it become worst. I have been told by Tony mobile incharge to take it to Fly Service centre. Then, I went to Fly Service Point, Pride Telecom, Nehru Nagar, Behind Shah Market, Agra (3rd month from purchase).They first take my mobile on 22 February 2011.Every time they said handset was not come from Delhi.
After several follow-ups they return the mobile on 26th march 2011 with IMEI no. ********0952124 without solving the problem. This time the problem was worst no screen shown in handset. I might think they really repair or damage the handset. I think they damaged instead of repair. After contact to Delhi head office they said that the handset provided by pride telecom was not same that the handset send by Delhi office.
A long conservation between Mr Depanshu of pride telecom and Delhi both blame each other. What the hell is that?
They again take my handset on 28th march 2011 and said that they will replace on 2 days and same promise was also done by Delhi office employee of Anil chauhan.But when I go on 1st April 2011 they said that your handset was go to Delhi for replace and again 7 day for replacement. They said this time they provide correct handset to me. First time when I contact to Delhi head office they said the handset provided by PRIDE TELECOM was the handset of Surendra Sharma. I dnt understand what is going their. They just fool the customers.
PRIDE TELECOM employee Deepanshu Agarwal has no way how to talk with customer and even they warn me when I said complain to consumer forum. They said your mobile will not come if u complain. They give me warning if I complain my mobile will not repair. Such a cheating fraudulent customer service people of FLY in agra.
FLY MOBILE IS THE WORST MOBILE AVAILABLE HERE. AFTER SALES SERVICE; CUSTOMER CARE SEEMS TO BE THE LEAST PRIORITY OF THIS COMPANY. FLY SHOULD IMPROVE ITS QUALITY. FLY INDIA HAS MANIPULATED THE WEB PAGE IN SUCH WAY THAT ITS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ACCESS TO THEM.
I can say FLY is **** Company and dont go for it. We cannot have proper assistance from the company especially in terms of customer service.
Kindly look into the matter, otherwise I have no option but to appeal to Consumers Court
