Subject: - Complaint against Cross Cargo Package & Movers (Dilshad Garden) for undelivered of CAR.

I have hired Cross Cargo Package & Movers (Dilshad Garden) for the services of CAR (WAGON – R – CH 04 4132) to be moved from Vasundhara, Ghaziabad to Kolkata.

From the day one they have proved to be a bunch of liers. Mr. Santosh, the owner of Cross Cargo Package and Movers has kept telling my brother and me that the car has already been loaded on the 12th of October 2011 for Kolkata.

Per owner’s commitment it was mentioned that it would going to take not more than 3 days for the CAR delivery to take place whereas now it has been almost a month, the CAR never got packaged / moved / delivered.

After much enquiry from the owner – Mr. Santosh (Cross Cargo Package and Movers) through continuous follow up by Phones and Personal Visits, below are the problems that we are and still facing:

•Owner is avoiding / disconnecting our call(s) regarding the enquiry of the CAR delivery;
•In case he responds, providing misleading information pertaining false statements like the delivery has been done; Or is about to be delivered;
•Cargo owner is not disclosing the true status of the delivery (dispatched or with hold).

It has never got disclosed till date to me and my brother that in which status / condition / city / place

Fraudulent Destination point contact:

Per conversation with Mr. Santosh: A company named “Tridev” (running its business from Gurgaon) which deals in cargo, from where the CAR got dispatched and was contacted by Mr. Santosh for the delivery of the CAR, was told to us is the delivery contact at the destination place (Kolkata).

Mr. Santosh has stated that the CAR would reach at Tridev’s Kolkata office which is nowhere situated.

We are of the opinion that after such a long period of follow up and false promises, have a major concerns regarding

•The Damaged condition of the CAR as any penalty that could have been raised for the mishandling of the goods, to avoid it the owner’s of the cargo and package companies are hiding the facts.

•Or we are of the opinion, if the transport mode (misplaced / in transit WAGON R CAR) is used for any Illegal purpose and have been destroyed.

Any penalty raised on Cargo Company Owner’s should be bear by him only (Mr. Santosh). As the complete packing and moving fees has been paid.

Any incident occurring or reported out between this period, only Cross Cargo Package & Movers (M-25/A-5 Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095) & its owner is to be held responsible.

I would request you to please intervene in this matter and help us to resolve this issue.
