I would like to submit that I purchased new Mobile Model Samsung- Galaxy Core GT-I8262 , IME number 35********67526 from your authorized dealer M/S Three Vee Marketing Private Limited, having its office at SCO 1028-1029, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh vide his cash memo number 10069 dated 18th December,2013, copy of bill enclosed for your reference.
The mobile was defective as I come across the following problems:
1. Camera failure.
2. Mobile hanging problem.
3. Dual SIM not activated.
4. Music player problem.
I immediately called the dealer who asked me to contact the service Centre at Sector 18, Chandigarh.
The Service Engineer at Service Centre formatted the software and installed the new one. But again it start giving problems and thereafter I kept on visiting the service Centre off and on for permanent solution to the captioned problems but no satisfactory response/solution was ever received from them.
I am facing acute problem in the operations of my Mobile set which is under warrantee and virtually defective one, as no such problem persist in other mobiles of same Model, being used my colleague.
I am facing acute mental agony due to permanent defects as mentioned above. It becomes a show piece only as I could not use all applications for which I purchased this Mobile set, at such an exorbitant price.
So I request you to sort out the captioned problems permanently or replace the same with new mobile.
