SUB: Activa Payment done, Delivery NOT DONE for more than 15 days in
CHANDRA HONDA COIMBATORE BRANCH

This is to bring to your notice that we already have paid full payment
for Honda Activa on 06/04/2011 and expected delivery date was
07/04/2011 . However it has been more than 15 days now still we have
not received the delivery. It brings us huge difficulty and
disappointment to find that honda delivers such a poor customer
service even for deliver. The promised delivery date was not met and
yet the response over the store are just formal and polished way to
avoid confrontation. But the fact remains that we still haven't
received the delivery even after full payment .
If this was expected i would have bought Suzuki Access or Mahindra
Rodeo. We have been looking lot of scooters the reason why we choose
Activa over anyother is simply for the fact SERVICE. We thought its
wise to choose Activa since the serivce might be better it has proved
we are wrong.
We request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
