Recently ooty municipality implemented the system of imposing fine to the owner of the roaming dogs,cows and horses in the street as per Public health Act.This is a good move whereas it is not implented in Coimbatore City Corporation,Street dogs,cows and horses are roaming in Kovaipudur streets,causing to nuisance and unsafe to the public.The street dogs are to be caught and Animal safety shelter home and other animals are to be caught and imposed fine to the owners
