I had booked Orange cab for a pick up at 21:30 IST from Uppal Area to Secunderabad Railway station in Hyderabad city.
I booked it in much advance like 4+ hours before and also had got the confirmation via SMS to my mobile.
They informed that driver would call in advance on my mobile number.
Until 21:30 I did NOT get the call and cab did not report to my place... I called Orange cabs and they informed that the cab got some issues and they have sent one more cab and it would report into my place in 10 minutes and also the cab driver would give me a call.. I told them clearly that I have to catch a train and delay would not be entertained and they assured that cab would report in 10 mins. I waited for 20 more mins with patience and the cab still dint report in to my place. I called back asking them the where abouts of cabs... and told them my urgency, then they put me on hold and cut the call... again I called for the same and again they put me on hold stating they would check and hung up on me... when I called back again with a lot of frustration and told the agent that if you guys cannot provide service then tell us upfront and NOT disconnect the call.. and when asked them about the service, he was informing me that the cab driver owns the cab and he did not come and that is the reason the cab did not turn up and it would take more than 30 mins for the cab to arrive... I told them with a lot of aggrevation that I booked the cab at 21:30 and would expect the service at that time and NOT at 22:30... as I had clearly mentioned that I took the service because of the orange cabs name.. not because of the cab driver, they were not ready to listened to me and started arguing, I disconnected the call and went out for an Auto and finally got the auto and went to station by 5 mins late and the Train left and all this happened because of the WORST SERVICE OF ORANGE CABS. I had to turn back and Im at loss.. I have their SMS stored in my mobile and the train tickets with me.. I would sue ORANGE CABS for their NEGLIGENCE and because of them I had to go through a lot of trouble on that night. They even do NOT have a column on their site for complaints and suggestions. I found this site online for complaints.. Im expecting that this site would help me in getting justice.. Thankyou.

I support this complaint. ORANGE CABS provide the worst service ... they just book every cab and do not deliver the cab on time.. STOP using ORANGE CABS.. better hire an Auto. thats better.
Orange CABS is the WORST CAB Service provider on this planet.
once I got the cab on time however the attitude of the driver is such that, he is the boss to us.. and he says he owns the cab and its his wish that if he wants to go to a place or not depending on the traffic however he wants all the money... STOP THIS Bleady ORANGE CABs, go for other, CEL cabs is OK.. interms of service they have stuck to their commitments so far.
