Dear Bangalore Police,

On 5th Oct 2016 time 11.40am at kundanahalli Bus stop while I was get in to bus one person suddenly came & push me my right hand wrist collide with the edge of bus door & got pain. mean while another person take my phone from my right hand. They are four people force full take my phone. they create a chaos in which I feel suffocated, I push them to go away but they don't while they bus was empty. After that one person get into seat other are stand near by, at starting of Marathalli bridge(near to Sikharam Apartment) they all get down from the bus & ran away, I told to bus conductor & driver ( Shivaji nagar bus no. KA.. ...F 55). Conductors say you all came simultaneously urgent I can't catch any one. I can identify those people if I allow to inspection.

I visited twice to HAL police station they are not taking my report, saying install Bangalore policy loss & miss Android app. If my phone was lost how can I did that Sir ?
