I was looking for the agencies who provide full time maids and it asked somewhere for my phone number. In couple of minutes I received a call from STC management service and that female said they do provide a house keeping maid and one is available now also asked my requirement where I mentioned that I do need from 8am -7PM for domestic help and baby care.
She also said that this maid has done the baby care for 5years in near by area and was release b'coz the people had to relocate to some other city.
Next day she started calling me and saying I am sending a person with the maid you will have to register. I did not want to register on that day but she forced me to register or pay 500 rupees visiters charge.
One person came with the maid and I registered with them and paid 2000 rupees on Sunday 16/02/2014. Next day maid come and started to say that she wants to go by 6 PM itself but we made her to stay till 6:30 PM based on the agreement.
She had worked on 16th where for whole day she did not do any baby care work and my mother only had to do everything. She only did the cleaning, few dusting, washing and mobbing the floor in whole day.
In the very begining I had mentioned that I won't provide the lunch and all but will give tea or buscuit in the evening.
From next day this maid named Aanjana Amma is not coming when I called her husband picked up the call and said she won't come anymore.
when I started calling agency these people said will check with her and let me know. When I had called her back she said 6:30 PM will be very late for her and I am not providing the food too.
I asked them to return my money or else I will make a police compliant against them. She said she will send somebody else till 11am. I had to take off on that day and had to keep calling these people after I paid them.
One female came with a maid aroud 1:30PM. she only did mobbing the floor and cleaning utensils and was drunk and also stinking a lot.
When I called and told this to that agancy female she asked me to send her out of my house.
I kept asking these people to give my money back or else I will go to police then next day again she sent one more maid in afternoon who was very dirty in looking and I said on phone that I can not give baby care work to her.
then again on Friday she sent one maid who looked neat and I said ok for her. But when next day she came late around 11am and she said she will come around 8:30 only from 1st March. I said ok to her but when she came she refused to wash cloths then I asked her to go.
I had to again call these agancy people that all the house hold work is done and I had asked for baby care and domestic help but she is refusing to wash only the babies cloths.
She spoke to her and asked her to come again. Next day on Saturday she came for half day and stopped coming. When I called her on sunday that what time you are coming she said that she will come by 11am but did not come ever.
When I called the female from agency she said she will come but did not come and mentioned that I need to provide her the food also.
I said I can not provide the food b'coz I need to increase the cook salary and I mentioned very clearly that I won't provide the food.
Now they don't pick up the call, don't return the money. There are many people who they keep cheating. The two person they sent who they had not worked with them, had not even seen them and was not at all there was from agency.
Since I had seen the reviews later in net and saying that I will go to police so they sent otherwise they just don't pick up the call.
