I ordered some apples and oranges from freshfalsabzi.com. I am a registered user of freshfalsabzi so I did not face much problem in ordering the items. But the very second minutes of delivery, I realized that the apples as well as oranges do not smell that fresh. And when I opened the package and put the whole items on the table to have a look on them I found out that 60% of the apples and oranges were rotten. I immediately went to the website and requested for the replacement. I got my order replaced within minutes. But, the replaced items were even worse. They were more spoiled than the previous oranges and apples. I again went to the website and complaint for the refund. They informed me that their technical team is examining the issue and will contact me soon. I was waiting for the call but I did not receive any calls from freshfalsabzi. Again I called them in the morning they said they will make a call in immediate 24 hours. I want to know what the hell is going on. Are these guys playing with their customers and making them feel like helpless. I experienced a bad service here.
