During installation of split AC unit, Service Engineer sent by Dealer(for that he had collected the installation charges in advance from me) installed the outdoor unit at a place where approach is not possible for service. Due to this service of outdoor unit is not performed so far. Onida Service engineer has came two times but shows unsuitability to reach to outdoor unit.Matter is raised with Dealer & ONIDA service center Andheri(Mumbai).They are telling that you have to pay the installation & material charges again,which is falling much higher because at the time of installation service engineer had cut the extra copper ducts & cables & took with him saying that this would be handed over to company.At that time I was not knowing that he is not the company's(Onida) authorized service engineer, later on I came to know that he was sent by dealer from somewhere else.This is an attempt of misleading & misguiding the consumer.The company(Onida) or Dealer should take the responsibility & re-installed the unit at appropriate place & bear all the expenditure . Please look into the matter at the earliest.
