i was travelling from surat to mumbai on 23rd march with a 4 month old baby n two senior citizens.spice jet counter charged me rs 1600 for carrying extra luggage.when i requested them to carry few luggage along woith my laptop bag they refused me saying that laptop bag cannot be accepted as cabin luggage.
it was the most atrocious behaviour on there side.
i had lot of difficulty with an infant and two elderly people.
is there any way i can get a refund of the excess amount they have charged me with?
