I am a regular visitor of the spencer mall in mani square for my weekly grociery and other shopping requirements.

On 27 July 2014 i bought a I- phone data cable for Rs 900 from Spencer Outlet in Mani square vide bill # 14174 dt 27 07.2014 @ till # 17 - while buying i had faith on the seller and since i am regular to this mall i did not care about the quality assuming since it is from Spencer it would be original.

Since i travel frequently for business, i did not feel the need to use the cord since i was using 2 set of data cables that i had. During my last visit i lost one and i came back to India and tried charging my i phone with the data cable purchased from Spencer Mani square Kolkata but it did not work and when i reached out to Kazi from Spencer Mall in ani square he told me me that there is no warranty on the product which was not clarified whilest buying.

I went to the apple showroom and showed them the cord and they told me it is fake.. is Spencer selling fake products? i never realised i am buying such fake products from Spencer.. i could have donated Rs 900 to a beggar rather than buying a fake cable from a mall of such repute...
Appreciate if you address this...

the person who sold the cable is Anup and i have been working with Kazi ********16 to get this resolved but he has given up stating no warranty on accessories,. is spencer selling and sponsoring selling of fake products.?

I have also lodged a case of consumer from Kolkata regarding this...
