Initially there was no one to attend, finally after a long wait a representative came with a dull face. After checking the bended alloy wheel of my car he told me that the alloy wheel is not available and cannot be made available for next 20-25 days. I told him that it should not be the case than he replied that these parts are expensive and Capital Hyundai dont keep them as spare. I fail to understand that how can a spare alloy wheel of Rs. 9500 be expensive, if that is expensive than what about the engine parts.
After a long conversation he told me that if i want faster assisstance than i should go to other Hyundai workshop which are atleast 50 kms away from my present location.
Presently i do not have a spare tyre and if anything happens to any of my 4 running tyres than i will have no option left.
What should i do?????
