Hi All,
I purchased the SE w350i mobile in the month of sept 2009, Its charging port went bad and I took to the service center. I got it repaired from the service center in Dadar and in few days the issue reoccured, Took it back to the service center and they informed that there is physical damage to the handset which is internal.
As I cannot reach the part internally how can i break the part, even the device was with service center and how will I know the part was replaced by the service center and placed a broken part, or even they would have broken it.
I called the helpdesk for SE and they informed to check with the service and call again. Isnt it a simple logic if I cannot reach the part how can it be broken.
There is not response from the SE team even if the matter is escalated
I went through the same experience. on my phone, they said the same thing.. i said how can i damage soimething inside and probably it was damaged when it was sold.
The call center, told me that their quality systems are good and i have damaged it.. i cud not even see it.. and he said i could go to supreme court. the most arrogant guys you will ever get in customer care..
Never make a mistake of touching a sony ericcson phone.. it stinks,. service stinks. .the company stinks.
