I was travelling in BMTC bus on Outer ring road on 7th October 2012. I boarded the bus at Innovative multiplex stop. A lady in burka got into the bus somewhere before Bellandur. Bus was little crowded. She was standing next to my seat. Some how she managed to flick my wallet from my handbag and got down in Agara(Even I got down there). After sometime I realized I lost my wallet. I am not worried about the money that I lost, but I had few identity cards in my wallet including PAN Card, Election ID, Driving License and my ATM and credit card. I blocked my credit and debit card transactions immediately. These kind of cases are repeatedly happening in these areas. It is very unsafe to travel for women as well as for men, mobile flicking is another big problem. I understand the fact that Police won't be able to track the guilty by the information I have provided. However, I request you to take necessary action to avoid such incidences in future.
