I bought a software online from Agriya. The name of software is kootali.
It's social networking software. Ever since I bought this, it never worked and the company seems to be running with few guys who never bother to respond to phone calls or support tickets. I have asked a complete refund and no response yet.
What are the options to claim my refund along with compensation for the time and effort we put on this and the loss of our project objective as per consumer protection act of India. Please send me all details.
