I can see a lot of people are catched by police for smoking at public.same time they are alloying cigerette shops in public places.ofcourse its an income for government.according to me there has to be smokers location has to be decided near to the shops like that so the issue of police and theif play with smokers can be avoided.either you ban completely if you have courage or show some flexibility.There is no body to see antisocial activities same time picking a bench of smokers and taking to station is pity..
