Hello samsung , i registered a complain earlier also but i did not receive any response from you. I bought a laptop 3 month ago and from last month its battery and keypad are not working fine.I got very bad experience as it was first time I bought samsung as I knew its a good brand. Please provide me onsite visit as I was informed by samsung store .
