Dear Sir/Madam,

I am regular traveling from train no 2163 & 2164. On 22/10/2010 train no 2164 from reniguta to dadar at raichur station in karnatak state so many people (local passengers) without reservation ticket traveling in SL up to GULBARGA and they threaten the reservation passengers and to much crowed in SL class TTE , RPF and GRP is not come in the coach up to WADI when TTE come to wadi station we informed them that without reservation passengers is travelling in SL class then what is use of SL class he told me that I am just join u r train so I am not responsible for your earlier station and he is not provided Complaint book to us and there is no time to meet the train Guard that is happening daily in 2164 train.
Kindly requested to you Sir/Madam please see above matter and take appropriate action and put special watch on Raichur station to GULBARGA and take stern action against without reservation of offender travel in SL class and harassing the bonafide passengers.
