sir,I live in maharashtra state city jalgaon,dist.jalgaon
the postman in my area vijay colony jalgaon is abusive and ill behaved..though complained at the head post office..he is not debared,he daily returns registered posts and give us a notice the last day of the post limit mean fourth day and nobody is int.to take a complaint
