I had my motor insurance policy from Tata Aig and due to my error of judgement, fell for the agents advice and did not declare claim and took the NCB.
In October 2017 end, my car met with an accident and it was processed through the claim no: 0********3A.
Last week Mr. Moin called me asking the claim is still pending due to NCB mis-declaration and asked me to pay the NCB amount. I agreed.
On 24th Feb 2017, my car was called by Mr. Moin stating that the Tata AIG needs to re-assess my car and will be required for 2 hours. I confirmed with him that I need my car and he promised that it will be returned in 2 hours. In the evening he called telling me that my car has been held back and will not be given. I spoke to the Manager Mr. Patankar and he also did not co-operate.
This is breaking of trust.
