TVS Motors - showroom do not take care of my bike registration

I have purchase a tvs star city 110 k/s mw from krishna motors on 02/04/2010.My tax inv no is :-1011TW/0026.Also they take Rs-6290/- against road tax,reg,ins.But till now i do not get my insurence copy.Every day i am asking for registration of my bike.But they do not care of me.

kindly do the needfull.
