Subject: refund is being delayed


I , mona batliwala made 3 transactions on 23/7/2015 and merchant has approved refund but EBS is delaying refund. EBS asked for despute form from bank, i provided. now EBS asks for mail from customer support . ocnce the mechant has approved, what is the problem. does it mean that if a merchant shutdowns his operations, wil ebs never return the money to the customer?
