I am a victim of Online fraud made through shopping Indiatimes.com on Sep 30, 2012

I have ordered for "Truck with Remote Control" for my son's Birthday, however I have received wrong product which is not working properly.

After attempting many Calls/Emails to their customer care, an executive by name Lakhan Khandelwal replied "This mail is with the regards to your complaint register with the case id.441644. This is to inform you that we are working on your complaint and get it resolved ASAP." since then I never received any update from Lakhan Khandelwal after me writing couple of Emails.

Till dated neither No pickup was arranged, nor addressing my Calls/Emails. Mr Lakhan Khandelwal, please be responsible and address my issue ASAP. You can also reach me on 0********62.

In the Item Details, it is written that "The headlight is lighting while moving forward ", however I do not see any headlight functionality for my product.
Also written that "Momentum Super Speed " however I see that has NO SPEED. (NOT WORKING).

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND DO THE NEEDFUL.....
