I ordered one product named Philips Headphone SHE210 worth rupees 675+ 150 shipping charges from shophunk.com website on 4th September 2013. they said your ordered will be delivered in 7-10 days. after 10 days when I contacted shophunk, they said your product has been dispatched, you'll received within 5 days. after i tried to contact them so many times, didn't get any single reply form shophunk people. few days back they picked my call, they said within 2 days u'll received your product, even I told them that i'll file complain against you people. But still no positive response from those shophunk hells ..
They provide me fake courier tracking ID : B01190029, this is not a valid transaction number. Its fake..
this is offence U/S 420 IPC & also cyber crime I.T.Act 2000,so you can file FIR in your City Police Station giving full details against ShopHunk.com.you can file a case in your District Consumer Forum for money & Compensation.report this matter to Mumbai/Delhi Cyber Crime Branch Police.you can get address from search Google do not keep silence,it is a grievous, non-bailable offence. note this address-

I think the contests they play is fake. I have applied for contest i-phone for my 699 rs. After that i have ordered zook headphone on 19 march 2014. Now today is 25 March 2014 and there is no delivery of product. i have called cust care of shophunk, after half hour they picked up my call and told me that my product is not dispatch. Why 6 days for dispatch???? Other online shopping company is working good then Shophunk. just grab some water and drop ur head inside until u die shophunk.
They are cheaters........Shop hunk site is a big Fraud for their customers.
They first attract the customers with their exciting deals and then they forget the deals and refund the customer money as the stupid credit points from which we are bound to purchase the awful...useless stuffs from their so called shopping site !
Same here, First of all i think the contests they play is fake. I have applied for contest samsung galaxy and waste my 900 rs. After that i have ordered canopus men white cap on 9 march 2013. Now today is 14 and there is no delivery of product. i have called cust care of shophunk, after half hour they picked up my call and told me that my product has been dispatched with tracking id B08535133. But acc to dtdc the tracking no is wrong. What a shame for shophunk.com. just grab some water and drop ur head inside until u die shophunk.

Next day I tried to call to their no – 0********98.but this is unable to reach. And then I tried to email them at info@shophunk.com. That is also getting bounce-back. I believe this is all fake. They are tacking a lots of money from innocent people. Please check there website. I don’t know the owner name but they have a office in Bangalore.

Dear ankur sir, I saw a contest from shophunk.Com for mobile phones. I visited there site and it told me play a contest. Where this site says to buy samsung galaxy S3 with nexus brown dial watch for 799 rs., If I win the contest I will get samsung galaxy S3 with nexus brown dial watch otherwise the money will be refunded to me. my credit card account. then i called in shophunk customer care they told me that, sir you are 1 time clicked here therefore cut your amount one time. i said ok no problem now what i have to do, they said sir you can perchese anouther product then that amount adjust with your nu product amount. but main big problem is still there, my previous amount 799/- Rs. did not adjust with my nu perchese now i m calling in shophunk customer care they are teling me again, sir you have to do anouther perchese then your amont will adjust. sir i have very puzzled. please help. i want refund my all my total amount 799/- in my account. now today also i called there but they are telling me , sir we dont recieved ur credit card amount ( 799/-) i called my bank customer care then they telling me sir 799/- rs has cut from your account. now what i do pls .tell me ankur sir. i dont want to perchese a single product from this site. becouse shophunk service is very very bed & poor. and by mistake i wrote wrong email id in shophunk.com, afeter then i told & mention right email id. in shophunk site. pls. see the right email id is below with my name & mob. nos. thanks & regarRamar ,mob. no. 0********75 email ad. ramarm72@rediffmail.com
It is your greed which led you to this. You should have realized as to how they can offer such ridiculous rates for the products even manufacturers cant afford.
I was to order and i checked on google and realized it is fraud.
I will find a way to track and nail these guys.
