complaint - shop owner cheated for money after selling my laptop.

Hi i have given my laptop for sale to Mr. Srikanth, he has sold my laptop and now not giving me money (Rs 7000). 1st he has given cheque which got bounce and after that he is promising me about payment date. now he has stop answering my calls and sms, even his shop is closed. i told his that i will file a complaint against you but no response.
