Dear Sir,

I am a regular traveler of Darjeeling mail train no. 12343 from kol , sealdah to Siliguri , New jalpaiguri.

I would like to bring to your notice that , while i travel in this train often i m recently upset and shocked by the carelessness of the Railway staff who are allowing beggars and eunuchs to enter Ac coaches like Ac 3 tyre where we pay more money for a comfortable traveling and luxury traveling , there it is not expected to see such a scene ! Its highly uncomfortable and irritating to see such people coming in and harassing the passengers for money ! we can expect them in sleeper class but not in AC coaches, I request you to please immediately take action as i am the voice of many silent passengers who won't bother to make this complaint. I am just doing the right thing !

I recently traveled in Darjeeling mail on 1st of july 10:05 pm Train from Sealdah where i saw eunuchs coming in our Ac 3 tyre coaches, the same thing happened on the Uttar banga , train no. 13148 , 5:40 pm on 5th july while i was returning from Njp to Sealdah Kolkata Ac 3 tyre.

I hope that after this mail the Indian railways will look into the matter as we all are proud of Mamta di and are looking forward for some good changes in our society.
