I'm extremely angry at this shop owner - Sai Siddhi at Subhash Road, Vile Parle(E). He charged me Rs. 15 for a Energee drink which was not at all cold whereas the MRP is Rs. 14. When I complained, he didn't listen & asked me to complain in Mantralaya or Delhi if i wanted to. He abused me & even came out of the store. Caught my shirt & pushed me asking me to go away & complain. This behaviour of overcharging & worse abusing & getting physical is just ridiculous. He should be strictly punished & fined heavily. REquest some action be taken against this person. Our country cannot have such cowards or goondas.
