i had purchased two google nexus 7 tablets from shopyurworld.com on december 22 2012 with order no SWY1445 and 1442. the shipment was supposed to arrive within 15 days. it did not arrive from that time. the customer care did not respond to neither emails or phone calls for long time. once they informed that since the stocks have exhausted we will have to wait for some time and if they are not able to deliver by that time money will be refunded. that time has elapsed by more than a month and nothing has happened and there is no response from the seller. the company is still accepting orders for the same product when they claim that they do not have stocks. i dont even know if it is a legitimate company. now i have paid about 45000 Rs without a clue as to what to do. any help will be appreciated
