With deep regret and with great concern I am writing to your office regarding a complaint on my application for new data card. My friend Shri Pradyumna had brought me a data card vide above customer MSISDN no ********85 dated 21st April, 2012. We paid Rs1392/- for the same and from that date onwards I have been going from pillar to post to rectify the problem. I am not able to access the data card at my residence at Besant Nagar area where I reside. I reported this to your office at Aircel-Guindy/Saidapet who were able to access at their site but I told them not the same was not accessible at my residence at Besant Nagar. I was allotted a complaint no ********75 Sr #1-********77 informing me that a service representative will be deputed to rectify the same or to understand my issue. Till today no one has bothered to rectify my mistake. I therefore request you to please do the needful urgently failing which I would be taking the issue with consumer forum/ court in Chennai to proceed further on this.
In view of such a delay I would request your office to please urgently return the money. I do not want any more connection since I am no more interested in the same.
