Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to above stated subject matter, this is to bring to your kind notice that the sewer lines in front of my house is overflowing (snaps attached for your reference) from past one month due to blockage of the same which resulted into blockage of drainage system of houses and stinking smell all over the area and the risk of breeding mosquitoes. The telephonic complaint has been registered via complaint no. 1660 dt. 12.08.13 & 1721 dt. 19.08.13 to DJB Janakpuri office under whose jurisdiction my area is covered, also the complaint through DJB SMS service has been made via complaint no. 32664 dt. 12.08.13, the matter has also been mailed to ceo delhi jal board but no action has been taken till date to resolve the issue.

The same problem has been ocurred in the past 3-4 weeks back for which the DJB officials has just temporarily sucked the water without making a permanent solution to the stated problem which resulted into the repetition of the problem.
Keeping urgency of the issue in mind due to rainy season and diseases like Malaria, Dengue, Chikugunia etc. due to mosquito breeding you are requested to escalate the matter to appropriate authority at your earliest.
