We had ordered for TOni (relax&tone) in the first week of Sep,13,but since there was no follow up response &/or delivery till 23/09/2013 , we again contacted through TV no and on little of clarification that previous order has not been received requested for re-booking of the same.On further suggestion we also agreed for &ordered for a set of utensils(kitchen equipments) for approx Rs990/- . It was informed that the order reference will be sent on e mail address

Now suddenly a packet against so called earlier order has been delivered containing the massager in normal course vide bill no V000089816 dated 4/9/13.Now our request is that we be provided the accessories promised in our actual order placed along with second order of Kitchen equipments & claim the balance amount in the interest of best customer service & reputation of your esteem organization.
The second order was placed sometimes on 24/09/2013 under reference of our mobile no 0********97 &/or ********97. Pl. Locate from your records as no reference has been received.
