I would sincerely like to draw your kind attention to the following :
1. Against Cash Payment on 06.04.2012 I Purchased Honda Activa from your esteemed showroom at Dwarka, New Delhi
2. While taking delivery of the two wheeler, it was informed that documents and RC will be ready within 10 days and accordingly customer will be informed.
3. No phone call received even after lapse of one month.
4. I repeatedly tried to reach the showroom authority over phone but in vain. As no one is lifting the phone. ( the same thing experienced by your MAYAPURI service station also ).
5. I received phone call from your Service Station MAYAPURI calling for 1st service, considering this fact, finally at 7.15 pm on 7th May,2012 i.e. after lapse of one month I reached your showroom at Dwarka to collect documents and SINCERELY REGRET TO SAY that all the lady staff started whispering that I have come too late all the document are locked the cupbard, and I was asked to come on next day.
6. I instead for the documents and finally one man Mr. Naresh from your accounts department handed over me (a) Receipt (RTO), (b) photo copy of Insurance (c ) and Invoice.
7. I asked to the RC, in reply, Mr. Naresh told me that it will be delivered to my residential address.
8. On 12th May,2012 I rushed to MAYAPURI to get 1ST SERVICE OF VEHICLE. Your service station manager demanded the SERVICE BOOK of the vehicle ( WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED FROM YOUR SHOWROOM AT DWARKA) finally after confirming from DWARKA they accepted the vehicle for service.
9. In the evening, when I reached MAYAPURI to collect the vehicle, I was asked to pay Rs.514 towards replacement of oil charges. Here I would like to mention that MAYAPURI SERVICE STATION while accepting the vehicle DID NOT I REPEAT DID NOT mentioned anything for payment towards replacement of oil charges. Keeping this in view I did not carry cash to service station, I repeatedly told your service manager that had I had been told for the oil charges I would have definitely brought cash. Finally he allowed me to take delivery of the vehicle with the condition that I will pay for the oil by Monday evening.e. 14.05.2012, which I accepted.
10. On sunday i.e. 13.5.2012, morning 11 hours my daughter received a phone call from MAYAPURI receptionist and your Service Manager both were speaking very hard, rough and inappropriate language.
SERVICE BOOK IS NOT ISSUED TO ME TILL DATE …IS IT MY FAULT ?
VEHCILE DOCUMENTS NOT ISSUED TO ME ….. IS IT MY FAULT ?
SERVICE MANAGER DID NOT MENTIONED CHARGES FOR OIL … IS IT MY FAULT ?
SERVICE MANAGER HIMSELF ALLOWED ME TO PAY OIL CHARGES WITHIN 2 DAYS AND ON VERY NEXT DAY THEY STARTED DEMANDING THE PAYMENT ASKING TO COME IMMEDIATELY AND REMIT THE CHARGES……….WHAT IS MY FAULT ?
CONSIDERING ABOVE FACTS I SINCERELY REQUEST YOUR KIND AUTHORITY TO SERIOUSELY LOOK INTO THE MATTER, AS SUCH BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMER NOT ONLY SPOILS THE “HONDA” NAME FAME BUT ALSO CREATES A VERY BAD IMAGE FOR THE COMPANY AS WELL AS ITS PRODUCTS.
IN VIEW OF ABOVE, I SINCERELY REQUEST YOUR KIND AUTHORITY TO TAKE BACK THE VEHICLE WHICH HAS DISTURBED ME AND MY FAMILY A LOT.
