Dear Sir,

I have subscribed for TOI for a period of 12 Months starting from
1st Nov. 2010 and the Order No. is 031818.

We were residing at Valasaravakkam earlier and recently shifted to
Moulivakkam. When TOI Person came to our old house for Renewal
we have informed him that we would be shifting soon and he wanted
us to fill the renewal form with the new address and also gave the
contact number of the DRE Ashok @ 98417 13650. When we called
Ashok this morning he said the delivery boy is on the way, even after
2 hours the boy did'nt turn up and when we called the DRE again he
wanted us to sms the address and also told that he can only organise
delivery from tomorrow.

This is gross service failure on the part of TOI and when you cannot
maintain the service level / commitment why did you collect money in
advance ?

I did not want the readership to continue and would like to cancel the
Annual Subscription and wants you to return the money with damages
immediately. FYI I have made a tele complaint this morning vide no.
359462 so please act on this soon.
