The pedestal stopped working after one week since date of purchase. The service person attended the complaint. He try to replace the motor of the fan with an old piece,obviously a repaired one. More over the service was in clumsy way without considering the future safety factors. I objected the type of service. He left the place putting the fan in half way serviced condition. Your customer service informed me that he would take the necessary steps to rectify the complaint. But after one hour somebody claimed to be from Cochin office of Bajaj telephoned me that my complaint is...non sense. That means you have been doing this non sense for years cheating the customers. Hope that the company is responsible for the inconvenience caused to me in this regard.
