Dear Sir,

Before reading below, please make note that if there is no action taken against my complaint then I will definitely got lodge an FIR, because I was badly insulted by paying payment for repairing of my Honda Activa.

I (Harish Arora) met with an accident and My Honda Activa (DL-3S-BX-9256) got damage from front side. I took my scooter to an Honda Authorised workshop at M/a V D Atuowheels, C 119, Phase 2, Mayapuri, Delhi, 110064. Their I met with an Engineer (Mr. Raja & Mr. Kamal) who had suggested me to go for Insurance Claim. I requested him to provide me estimate of repairs if I go for Insurance claim, then he verbally provided me estimate that total expense on repairing with replacement of parts is INR 10,000 and Insurance company will reimburse me cheque of INR 4000.

I then requested him to provide me estimate if I got for private repairing then he confirm that total repairing expenses will be Maximum to INR 4,000 then I decided to go for private repairing.

Today, When I reached to get my two wheeler after repairing then they produce a bill of INR 7,000. It was shocking for me how it jumps from INR 4,000 to INR 7,000. I requested them to provide me breakup of same then they denied to provide me the same.

After some time a Lady Service Manager came to us and offered us a discount of INR 500 which is again shocking for us. I then advice her to provide me final breakup of repairs so that I can understand how it reaches to at this stage. I requested her so many times but she denied. Thereafter she abuse me very badly (She said Behanchod) which is not acceptable to me and/or any reputed Indian resident. She abuse me in front of their other colleagues named Mr. Kamal, Security Guard, Cashier, Computer operator etc.

When I asked her to provide her name then also she denied. thereafter I paid the amount of INR 6,000 in cash to them and requested them to provide me either final bill or Cash receipt then also she denied.

Sir we are doing work ina service Industry, In which if our employee abuse our customers then it is not acceptable or bearable to anyone.

There is injustice done by me, I need justice. The Employee like her should be fired immediately who is spoiling atmosphere as well as brand name.

Also I want share the defects after repairs as follows:-

1. The front wheel is still in bent, dented condition, Not repaired till date.
2. Handle is loose
3. Front mus guard is missing, on which they had given assurance that they will provide me later with in 2 -3 days. My question is why it was done before delivering the vehicle.
4. Side Body Frame is loose condition. The bolts are missing and same was shown to your service Manager but nothing was done thereafter.
5. Front Mudguard paint was not done.
6. Cash bill was not provided
7. Why they had charged me a high amount of INR 6,000 when they had given me final estimate of INR 4,000
