i am totally upset for aircel service center employ very rood behavior and very poor service actually matter is that i purchase a prepaid sim so i have not ID that time. i promise to shopkeeper i submitted after some time in beet-win the time my out going call & net service is closed aircel service side after that i called the customer care center he told me you not dip posit the your ID so i m feel that this my mistake so i m fill the my ID i went kalka g service center 28/07/2010 ,time approx 7.30pm he told me you give me Your original ID with xerox copy for verification so i m go back home & come next day 29/07/2010 7.40 pm that another gay that time he is told me system is very slow you next day came hear i m saying please you give me a your customer care phone number he very rood saying to me i hv no any number give u,you came next day i m very forested your service i hv no extra time for go there side walking
pls deposit my ID & open the out going call & net service

I can understand your problem, but Id proof verification is a very strict procedure and has to be carried out as per regulations. I hope you understand the company’ point of view as well. I would suggest you to visit the Aircel outlet once more and deposit your papers.
