Reliance Home Store Limited - Selling product on false statments " 0% interst on purchase through HDFC Card"

On Dated 27th June 2010 we visited the reliance Home Store Limited in Agarwal Fun City mall and have purchase one massuri sofa set (3+1+1) along with the margret brown center table. The purchase of the above item has been done under the sale order number 0055843776 and CSA name P50002248... Amount Paid Rs.25195=00

we also have been explained by the sales coordinator Mr.Narender that Reliance living has a scheme available on purchase through HDFC Credit Card under
Six months EMI scheme with 0% interest and there is no other charges has been charged.

As advise by him we did the purchasing of the above said items through card . later when i recieve the HDFC card statement bank has charged the processing fee on said purchasing with the service tax with EMI, on the purchase of above items was refelecting in my statement and immidiatly i called up in the bank for knowing the reason why they have charged the processing fee & service tax,as per HDFC it has been told that they were not running any scheme like what reliance living has explained, The executive told me that there is no scheme offered by the bank, that scheme is offered by the merchent at there own....

After getting the such statment we approach to the reliance living in agawral fun city mall and we have asked for the clarification and redemption of the interest charged against the purchase or sale order number 0055843776. They have been told by them that this scheme is offered the HDFC bank only ,they have taken the statment and the bill for checking the same thru bank...

tell you Even after the compalints which has been registered in their log book and several calls and reminder no action has been taken till date so far.... I have also told them that my due payment due date is coming and i have to pay the amount, if i delay the payment i have been charged the late payment fee which reliance has to pay... my regress followup with Reliance living Manger and the billing staff no satisfactory answer received till date ...

Request you to pls take this matter on priority and give us the refund back by the reliance or by the HDFC bank....

Other wise i have no option left with me and i am forced to do the FIR in the name of reliance for doing the fruad with the customer and also go to the consumer court for the same....

Again requesting you to pls take necessary action on the same and give us the justice....
