I had booked a PG accommodation during July,2018 for my daughter and paid INR 21500 out of which INR 6500 was for one month's rend and balance INR 15000 as Security Deposit. Due to some unavoidable reasons my daughter had to quit that accommodation. My daughter stayed there for four days and I had paid one month's rent but they did not refund me INR 15000 kept as Security Deposit. At the time of vacating the accommodation they assured me to send the sum through RTGS/NEFT but till today they have not refunded the money. Even they are not even attending my phone calls. I had lodged complaint with Bangalore Police through Whats app (********00) and with Bangalore Police Commissioner also (via email compolbcp.gov.in ). Police Commissioner's office had forwarded the mail to concerned police authorities also (To Highground PS BCP (highgroundbcp@ksp.gov.in), ACP Seshadripuram (ablesspurambcp@ksp.gov.in) and DCP Central BCP (dcpcentral@ksp.gov.in) . But that also has not yet yielded any result.
